CAE Analyst-NVH

Location: Chennai  Experience: 4 t0 7 years

Qualification/Skills Required: BE/B. Tech /ME/M. Tech

• Be a part of highly motivated team working on CAE based
• Vehicle NVH refinement, Decide and perform the CAE analyses for vehicle, subsystems and components
• FE model assembly (Subsystems and cavity leading to vehicle)
• Static stiffness, Modal analysis, Dynamic stiffness, Structural
• FRF, Structure-Fluid interaction, Acoustic FRF
• Evaluate design proposals, determine the performance gaps
• risks and work towards meeting the requirements
• Weight and performance optimization with help of analytical tools
• Report writing and technical documentation
• Interaction with other stakeholders working on the project (design & other CAE groups)
• Work closely with testing department for CAE-Test correlation

Experience:

• hands on model building + analysis experience at OEM or a subsidiary
• Knowledge of vehicle subsystems and full vehicle
• Understanding of product development process
• Analytical ability and shall be good in engineering theory and principles of design
• Proficiency in Altair Hyper-mesh, MSC NASTRAN and/or LMS Virtual Lab
