Rajesh leads the Data Science and Data Analytics team at Einnel Technologies. He involves in the Planning of Projects and People management. He also ensures that all project objectives are met, conduct project reviews, and facilitate the closure of the project. He holds Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Anna University.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Build and lead a project team, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and motivation.
- Define and monitor project quality standards, ensuring that deliverables meet specified requirements.
- Define and control the project scope, ensuring that the project stays within its defined boundaries.
- Facilitate effective communication within the project team and between the team and other stakeholders.
- Address challenges and obstacles that may arise during the project, making decisions to keep the project on track.
