• Key Responsibilities

• ● Design and develop bus body structures including frame, pillars, roof, floor, cross members and structural reinforcements.
• ● Develop 3D models, assemblies and 2D manufacturing drawings.
• ● Perform structural packaging, clearance and manufacturability studies.
• ● Apply GD&T, tolerance stack-up and design-for-manufacturing principles.
• ● Coordinate with CAE, manufacturing, interiors, exteriors and integration teams.
• ● Support prototype development, testing, validation and design modifications.

• Required Skills

• ● Strong knowledge of bus body structure / BIW design and development.
• ● Experience with sheet metal, tubular structures, weldments, joints and structural components.
• ● Good understanding of materials, joining methods and manufacturing processes.
• ● Knowledge of GD&T and tolerance stack-up.
• ● Understanding of structural load paths and basic strength requirements.
• ● Good cross-functional coordination and problem-solving skills.
