• Key Responsibilities

• ● Perform vehicle-level integration of body, chassis, powertrain, electrical, HVAC, interior and exterior systems.
• ● Develop and review vehicle packaging and system layouts.
• ● Define and verify interfaces between major vehicle systems.
• ● Conduct clearance, interference, accessibility and serviceability checks.
• ● Perform DMU reviews and identify packaging conflicts.
• ● Coordinate with body, chassis, electrical, interior, exterior and supplier engineering teams.
• ● Support prototype builds, design reviews, testing and issue resolution.
• ● Maintain integration layouts, interface documentation and engineering change records.

• Required Skills

• ● Strong understanding of complete bus vehicle architecture and system integration.
• ● Good knowledge of body, chassis, powertrain, electrical, HVAC, interior and exterior systems.
• ● Experience in vehicle packaging and DMU analysis.
• ● Understanding of system interfaces, clearances, tolerances and serviceability.
• ● Ability to identify and resolve cross-functional integration issues.
• ● Strong communication and coordination skills.
