● Design and develop bus exterior components including fascia, bumpers, side panels, wheel arches, doors, roof panels and exterior trims.
● Develop 3D models, assemblies and detailed engineering drawings.
● Perform exterior packaging, gap & flush, clearance and fitment studies.
● Develop mounting concepts and interfaces with body structures and other vehicle systems.
● Perform design feasibility and manufacturability assessments.
● Support prototype builds, validation and design improvements.
● Coordinate with body structure, interior, electrical and integration teams.

● Strong knowledge of bus / automotive exterior design and development.
● Experience with plastic, composite, sheet metal and exterior trim components.
● Good understanding of gap & flush, mounting strategies and component interfaces.
● Knowledge of GD&T, tolerance stack-up and manufacturing processes.
● Understanding of surface development and engineering surfaces.
● Good design review and problem-solving skills.
