- Hands-on experience with SOPHOS devices
- Proficient in hardware troubleshooting
- Skilled in Windows, Linux & virtualization technologies
- Knowledge of IT security & data protection
- Excellent problem-solving, communication & customer support
Responsibilities:
- Install & maintain routers, switches, firewalls, & networking devices
- Monitor & troubleshoot LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi
- Perform hardware setup, upgrades & maintenance of devices & peripherals
- Resolve network, hardware & connectivity issues
- Implement security & data protection measures
- Maintain IT documentation
- Provide user support & email configuration
