● 2–3 years of experience in Automotive Product Engineering, BIW, CAD Modeling, or Manufacturing Engineering.
● Create, maintain, and validate Locators (LD) and Measurement Points (MP) for supplier and in-house components using NX and Teamcenter.
● Review CAD models, surface data, engineering specifications, and mark-ups to develop accurate LD/MP data and document engineering queries for resolution.
● Create and maintain MBOM structures, assembly flow diagrams, and Teamcenter data in accordance with global engineering standards and project requirements.
● Perform quality validation, monitor LD/MP quality dashboards, implement engineering feedback, and ensure on-time delivery with zero quality defects.
● Coordinate with engineering teams and stakeholders to communicate project status, resolve technical issues, and support project execution.
● Strong knowledge of NX/CATIA, Teamcenter/Active Workspace, Vis Mockup, BIW assembly processes, BIW fixtures, and measurement techniques.
● Proficient in MS Office; experience with FIDES and automotive engineering workflows is an added advantage.
● Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced project environment.
