- ● 3+ years of experience in Maintenance Engineering / Spare Parts Planning, preferably in the automotive manufacturing industry.
- ● Lead spare parts planning for new program launches, including BOM validation, inventory planning, and procurement coordination.
- ● Manage spare parts mapping and asset linkage in IBM Maximo.
- ● Perform root cause analysis (RCFA) and develop solutions to improve equipment reliability and plant performance.
- ● Independently handle projects, review schedules, and coordinate with crossfunctional teams and clients.
- ● Strong knowledge of FMEA, Process Safety Management (PSM), and maintenance best practices.
- ● Proficient in IBM Maximo, MS Office, and data-driven problem-solving.
- ● Six Sigma, Alteryx, and macro programming knowledge is an added advantage.
- ● Good communication, interpersonal skills, and willingness to work in shifts if required.
