- Role Summary
- Design, develop, validate, and release automotive wiring harness systems, including electrical connectivity, 2D schematics, 3D routing, connector engineering, design verification, engineering changes, and prototype support.
- Key Responsibilities
- ● Develop electrical schematics, wire lists, From-To connectivity, pin assignments, splices, grounds, and power distribution circuits.
- ● Design and maintain 3D harness routing, packaging, bundle layouts, clips, clamps, grommets, and protective coverings.
- ● Engineer interfaces for ECUs, sensors, actuators, connectors, and vehicle communication networks.
- ● Perform wire sizing, voltage drop, fuse selection, grounding, shielding, and HV/LV integration reviews.
- ● Validate connectivity, routing, packaging, EMC compliance, manufacturability, serviceability, and 2D–3D consistency.
- ● Support engineering changes, design releases, prototype builds, root cause analysis, and cross-functional issue resolution.

Qualification & Experience
- ● Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Automotive, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering.
- ● Approximately 3 years of automotive wiring harness experience.
- ● Hands-on experience in at least two areas: 2D design, 3D routing, connector engineering, design verification, engineering changes, or prototype integration.
- ● Experience with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, or automotive engineering service providers is preferred.
