Dr. Paul Sathiyan is a distinguished professional with a Ph.D. and a Master’s degree in Power Electronics and Drives. His research journey is marked by significant achievements, including the publication of 25 research articles, demonstrating his scholarly contributions to the field. Driven by a passion for research and development, he has successfully collaborated with industries on more than 25 scientific research projects and guided over 100 research scholars. Dr. Paul’s innovative spirit is further underscored by the filing of three patents, showcasing his commitment to advancing knowledge. Currently, he brings his wealth of expertise to EinNel Technologies, assuming the role of Technical Director in the fields of Automotive Power Electronic Drives, AIoT, Embedded Systems and MBSE.
His responsibilities and skill include:
- Maintain a high-quality standard of services, products, and solutions, and emphasize its importance in all aspects of company operations.
- Taking initiative to introduce new technologies, processes and best practices that may be required to facilitate better progress in the projects taken or projects supported.
- Design strategies for future development projects based on the company’s overall objectives and resources.
- Creating intellectual property, such as patents and copyrights, to advance the company's innovation and protect its interests.
- Publishing research findings in reputable scientific journals to enhance the company's reputation and contribute to the advancement of scientific knowledge.
